Hushamok warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you. "Repair" options may include, at Hushamok's discretion, providing purchasers with self-repair instructions, kits, and/or replacement parts. This Limited Warranty is applicable to all Hushamok products subject to dated proof of purchase. Please always keep your dated proof of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, maintenance, storage, or use, failure to follow instructions, alterations, modifications or repairs not made by Hushamok or Hushamok's authorized service agent, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the product and is not transferable to anyone who obtains possession or ownership other than the original retail purchaser. |
